These Fire Bottle Bracket are CNC machined from a solid piece of 6061-T651 Aluminum
and then Hard Anodized to a Mil-A-8625C Type 3 specification. Each Bracket comes with
a 1/4-20 Stainless Steel Socket Head Cap Screw and wave lock washer used to lock the
living hinge of aluminum around the fire bottle. The Brackets are sold in sets of two,though
singles can be purchased as well for mounting things to.
As always installation is key to performance of any product. We recommended that you use
quality fasteners to mount the Brackets to your vehicle. In cars that the mounting bolts
will go through sheet metal make sure to use a large backing washer, ie: like a seat belt,
for best results. Weld Nuts or Chassis Tabs can be added to the frame work of your
chassis as well to make a great install. Be safe, after all its only your life.
